HOLLYWOOD CEMETERY

This is from an early photo by the noted photographer, Matthew Brady.  Now considered one of the most beautiful cemeteries in America, this was taken during a period when many Civil War victims were being buried.  The original wood markers have now been replaced by headstones.  There are many Pegrams buried here including Gen. John Pegram of Virginia and George Pegram from West Virginia.
