Lucy A. Pegram Lucy A. Pegram was the daughter of Thomas W. Pegram and wife Martha Vaughan. She married Ridley Lafayette Harris in Warren Co., North Carolina on October 6, 1864. This is another in a series of photographs sent to us by Sherry Bell Garrison, a descendant of Lucy A. Pegram. It has special meaning to me since Lucy A. Pegram was my great-great aunt.
