I found this on the net from a dealer of rare post cards.  This one is described as "Golliwogg, From "Punch", Tuck's Punch Series 1910  " Want of Confidence" Little Girl, ( To Curate , who is waiting for his hostess),: "Don't touch anything while I'm gone , will you , Mr. Jones." From the "Juvenile Jokes from Punch" Series. Card # 9192. The original  black and white drawing was by Fred Pegram. Frederick Pegram was a noted illustrator for Punch Magazine during early part of this century.  Just thought some might like to see and hear more from our English cousins.  The price of this rare post card was listed as $25.00.
