Pegram & Penn Tobacco Company

Pictured are 2 old small tin tobacco tags for products of  Pegram & Penn Tobacco Co. As well as we can determine, they went out of    business early in the 20th century.  I have a copy of an old warehouse lease in Reidsville, North Carolina from c. 1900.  Both of these items have been sold recently on eBay.  Below is a Pegram & Penn tobacco cutter sold by a local antique shop in central North Carolina.  The 3rd tobacco tag is labeled only Pegram's and we do not yet know anything more about this company.  We are also aware of a Gordon-Pegram Tobacco Co. but have not yet found any items that can be identified as having been associated with the company.
