24. Green T. HARTON ⁽¹⁾ was born in 1810 in North Carolina. He died in Kennedy, Lamar Co., AL. Green may have been the Green Thomas Harton who sired John Barclay Harton. I am guessing that he was Hardy's son. He may also have had the J.H. Harton living in Fayette Co., AL in 1860 age 28 with a wife Josephine 24, and a son Green age one. J.H. was born in NC. He is listed as sheriff and farmer with real estate worth 1500 and personal property 2500. Green's was 2500 and 7000 respectively. Page 451, Dwelling 95, family 533.

Mary Ann BARCLAY.⁽¹⁾ was born in 1811 in Georgia. Green T. HARTON and Mary Ann BARCLAY. had the following children:
