Pegram, Hardin |
Hardin Pegram, son of Agustin Coleman Pegram was
born March 23, 1847 in Greene Co., Illinois. He enlisted in April, 1863, in
Company I, 139th Illinois infantry, three months service. Re-enlisted in the Second Illinois light artillery,
Company H, and served until the close of the war. Was engaged in the battles of Vicksburg, Fort Fisher, and others.
