We are proud to honor one of our oldest cousins, a descendant of William Pegram (1756-1842) of Cumberland Co., North Carolina, Alene Pegram Baker Holsclaw is shown here with her companion, Amanda who is wearing her color co-ordinated collar. 

Thanks to her grandson, Mark Johnson, we have many additions to our documentation of the descendants of William Pegram and his wife, Lalitha (Talitha, Tabitha) Stephenson (1775-1871)
