Martha married 3 Allen Fenn 1, 2 on 3 Aug 1836 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. Allen was born about 1790 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. He died before 1860.
He is listed as a Private in the 39th Regiment of Virginia Militia during the War of 1812.
They had the following children:
5031 F i Caldonia Fenn 1, 2 was born 3 about 1839 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. Caldonia married Lemuel S. Mingea 1 son of John W Mingea and Unknown before 1860. Lemuel was born 2 about 1833 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia.
In 1860, the couple were living with Caldonia's mother, Martha Fenn. The 1860 shows Lemuel was employed as a sadler.
1598. Theophilus Hunter Scott 1, 2 (Thomas G. Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born 3 on 20 May 1819 in Raleigh, Wake Co., North Carolina.
Theophilus is not found on the 1860 Census but in 1870, he is found in Nash Co., living with the family of R. B. Griffin while Mary and her daughter Mary Laura Scott are living with her brother and her mother. One Census gives his occupation as physician but a later census says he is a dentist.
Theophilus married Mary Emerson Battle 1 daughter of Lawrence Battle and Martha Arrington on 8 May 1845 in Nashville, Nash Co., North Carolina. Mary was born 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 about 1824 in Nash Co., North Carolina.
They had the following children:

1599. Ann Elizabeth Scott 1 (William Baker Scott , Rebekah Pegram , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born 2, 3 on 23 Aug 1823 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. She died in 1890.
Ann married 4 James Poythress Boisseau 1, 2, 3 son of James Holt Boisseau and Martha Poythress Vaughan on 3 May 1842. James was born 5 on 21 Apr 1818 in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia. He died on 14 Aug 1892.
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 1839. Lee Jacobsen, a descendant of Dr. James Poythress Boisseau, has his original diploma. Their home was "Mount Liberty" in Dinwiddie Co., Virginia.
His obituary from "The Times-Dispatch", Richmond, Va., Thurs., Aug. 18, 1892 issue, p. 2 and transcribed by Beth Bond reads as follows:
PETERSBURG, VA., August 17.-Dr. James Boisseau, one of the oldest and most prominent citizens of Dinwiddie county, died a day or two(ago) at his home, near the Courthouse. He was about 80 years of age, and had successfully practiced his professon for a great many years, and up to a recent period, when the infirmities of age forced him to retire from active exertion. He belonged to a family noted in the annals of the county.

1609. William Edward Clarke 1, 2, 3 (Mary Ann Frances Pegram , Anne Lyle , Edward , Edward , Daniel , George ) was born in 1815 in Petersburg, Independant City, Virginia. He died on 20 May 1899 in Demopolis, Marengo Co., Alabama. He was buried in Dayton Cemetery.
William Edward Clarke was born in Petersburg, Chesterfield Co., VA., in Nov 1815, and died in Demopolis on May 20, 1899. He was the son of Thomas and Mary (Pegram) Clarke, who removed from Petersburg, VA to Dayton. Thomas Clarke served in the War of 1812, with the rank of major. Robert Clarke, was an uncle of William E. Clarke, and represented Marring County in the State legislature in 1838 and 1839. William E. Clarke, graduated at law, at William and Mary College, Williamsburg, VA in 1837 and came to Marring County and practiced law at Dayton. He married Rebecca Raincock, daughter of George and Rebecca (Potham) Raincock, who lived at Norfolk, VA. He had several sons, among them was Carter Pegram Clarke, who was a Civil Engineer, and died 25, 1873, at Beaver Meadow, of yellow fever. Richard Henry, his oldest son, was born Feb 9, 1843 at Dayton and died at Mobile, 26, 1906. Richard married August 15, 1877 to Helen Gains Foote, daughter of Charles King and Sarah (Lyon) Foote, of Mobile. His children were: William Edward, died young, Mabel Radford, who married J. Manley Foster of Tuscaloosa, Kathleen Mary, died young, Mary Clifton, also died young, Helen Gains, married Henry G. Smith of New York, Mary Morris married Carl H. Seals of Birmingham.
William married Rebecca Raincock daughter of George Raincock and Rebecca Parham Lewis on 1 Oct 1840. Rebecca was born 1 on 7 Jul 1817 in Virginia. She died on 22 Sep 1885 in Demopolis, Marengo Co., Alabama.

She died in 1938. 5064 F x Georgianna Davis (Georgia) Clarke was born in Aug 1860. She died in 1925. 5065 M xi Norborne Robinson Clarke was born on 5 Sep 1863.
