Pegram, a brick mason, in Weakley Co., Tennessee. Living in the home is a Francis Pegram that is shown as a female, age 24. We have found a George R. Pegram, a brick mason, on the 1870 Census of Weakley Co., Tennessee. Living in the home are Martha E. Pegram, age 32, Frank V. Pegram, age 30 and Susan F. Pegram, age 29. First impression would suggest that Frank V. is his brother who used both his given name of Francis V. as well as Frank. However, Francis is also found with his own family in Kentucky. Co. Martha married Wright Mays 1 son of Rev. Samuel Mays and Agnes Wright on 3 Dec 1829 in Davidson Co., Tennessee. Wright was born 2, 3 in 1805 in Tennessee.

David Browder was the son of Richard Browder. David was born in Virginia, and when the family removed to this State (Kentucky), was but an infant (my data shows Kentucky as I believe that he was born after Richard, his father, removed from Virginia to Logan County, Kentucky). He was reared upon his father's farm (Richard Browder); married Elizabeth Irvine (his second wife), and in early manhood abandoned the farm to pursue merchandising. He (David) removed to Clarksville, Tennessee, where, on the 12th of December, 1848, was born Wilbur F. Browder.He (David) afterward moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where he died in 1871.
