Riggan Sr. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today. A private family burial will follow in the family cemetery.
Surviving are: two sons, John W. Riggan III and Anthony Wayne Riggan; three daughters, Scarlet Riggan, Charlotte Riggan and Linda Riggan, all of Warrenton; and three grandchildren.
