Robert married Cheryl Alice Tarwater daughter of John E. Tarwater and Regina Unknown on 10 Jun 1967 in Dallas, Texas. Cheryl was born on 25 Jul 1948 in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas. She died on 14 Jan 2002 in Texas. She was buried in Resthaven Cemetary, Midland, Texas.

Cheri grew up in the Dallas, Texas area. She married her high school sweetheart, Bruce Pegram. To this union a daughter, Robin Diane Pegram, was born. Robin was Cheri's pride and joy. Cheri loved Robin with her entire heart. Robin married Sean Salois & Cheri was blessed with 3 grandsons Nicholas, Nathan & Noah or as as Cheri affectionatley referred to as "Nic Nat Noe". Cheri loved to attend their sporting events and school activiites. She is survived by her mother Regina Dabney, daughter & son-n-law Robin & Sean Salois, grandchildren Nicholas Salois, Nathan Salois, Noah Salois, brothers Doug & Jay-Kyle, and nephew Blake Tarwater. She was preceeded in death by her beloved brother Rick Tarwater. Cheri worked in Midland Texas as a oil and gas revenue accountant.

Donald Cloud served in the Korean War and became a POW. A book has been written about his experience by Robert J. Berens. One book review reads:

Mrs. Frances Woody Kennon, 83, of Huntingdon, Tennessee, died Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at the Alive Hospice.
Mrs. Kennon was born February 5, 1923 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Frank W. and Marie Parish Cequin. She was a homemaker and a member of the Eastview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Irvin J. Woody and a son, Michael W. Woody.
She is survived by her husband, Joe. T. Kennon; a son, G. I. Woody of Brentwood, TN and a brother, Frank ''Bub'' Cequin of Huntingdon, TN. She also leaves four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Frances married (1) Irvin Jones Woody.
