"Bud" Pegram, 84, of Jerseyville, Ill., formerly of Fairview Heights, Ill., was born to Nathaniel H. and Emma, nee Fry, Pegram on Dec. 5, 1922, in Carrollton, Ill., died on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at Alton Memorial Hospital, Alton, Ill. Nathaniel was a retired Surgery Technician with St. Mary's Hospital, East St. Louis, Ill., where he worked for 25 years. He attended the senior dinners at the Charity Christian Center in Jerseyville, Ill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna K., nee Harpster, Pegram; his parents; a grandson, Sean Pegram; two sisters, Zoe Dixon and Beulah Wiehe. He is survived by his son, Steve (Cheryl) Pegram of Dow, Ill.; his daughter, Cathleen Karrick of Jerseyville, Ill.; nine grandchildren, Marshall (Heather) Lewis, Paul (Melissa) Lewis, Kathleen (Jeffrey) Brannan, Robert Lewis, Shane (Andrea) Pegram, Mindy (David) Spencer, Carolyn Molloy, Britney Molloy and Sheariah Pegram; 11 great-grandchildren, Paxton, Kagen, Macy, Alyssa, Evyn, Seanah, Olivia, Ava Mae, Endora, Conor and Trenton; a sister, Margaret Hodge of Carlyle, Ill.; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Jerseyville, Ill.
