"Joseph Mann Pegram, Jr., died Thursday at his home. He was 66. Funeral services are 2 p. m. Saturday from Bethel FWB Church, Whartonsville, Revs. Blaney Rowe and Jessie Taylor officiating. Burial church cemetery.
Surviving: daughter Mary P. Humphrey of Brunswick: Mother Mary Ellen Roscoe Pegram of Bayboro, brothers William and Russell W. Pegram of Bayboro, and Robert E. and Elmmo E. Pegram of Arapahoe; sisters Ruth Stephenson of Arapahoe; Mary Jarvis of Reelsboro, Emma Armstrong of Grantsboro, Blanch Griggs of Vandermeer, and Edith Woolard of Washington; and five grandchildren".
