The funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sharon Baptist Church, with burial in Evergreen Memory Gardens. A native of Reidsville, he was employed with Brown Williamson. He was a member of Sharon Baptist Church, and a member of the Estelle Hunting Club. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corp. Reserves. He was preceded in death by his son, Greg W. Lasley. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Powell Lasley of the home; son, Kevin Lasley of the home; daughter-in-law, Danielle Lasley of Ruffin; grandson, Greg W. Lasley, Jr. of Ruffin; mother, Gracie Comer Lasley of Reidsville; father, Earl Lasley of Reidsville; sisters, Brenda Small of Summerfield, Sandra Garrison of Chatham, Va., Glenda Medford of Waynesville; and brother, Gary Lasley of Reidsville.

Survivors include his wife, Danielle Strader Lasley of the home; mother, Carolyn P. Lasley; father, David W. Lasley; brother, Kevin Lasley; maternal grandmother, Marie H. Powell; paternal grandparents, James E. and Gracie C. Lasley, all of Reidsville; mother and father-in-law, Tommy and Nancy Strader of Ruffin.
